Growing up in Korea, gim (κΉ€) wasn't just a snackβ€”it was everything. After school, before dinner, wrapped around rice, straight from the pack. We were obsessed.

When we moved to the US, we were lowkey devastated. The seaweed here? Not it. Too salty, not crispy, mystery ingredients. We couldn't find anything that tasted like home β€” so we made it ourselves.
